I LOVE THIS ARTICLE! It's so funny when things like this happen.
But I've always wondered (in cases like this), what does the victim need $7 million for? I doubt her psychiatrist would cost that much, and even $1 million is enough to retire on. Well the answer is this: Scum like Mark Rowe need to be put in the public eye, sued for all they're worth, and taken out of business. She may not need the $7 million, but sometimes money is the only language those type of people can understand.
Although she can't prove that he hired a hit-man to kill her, or that Ling was a prostitute, his disgusting behavior at work gives everyone the right to sue him.

When I said "those type of people" I was referring to Mark Rowe.
I wish there was a way to edit comments.

I agree with Sam, his behavior in my opinion was very disturbing especially for some one that has such a high status and position in his field! I am truly disappointed by his actions whether it was intentional or not.Him bringing two prostitutes to a meeting is very unprofessional at all. Also his view of woman and some comparison that he made is disgusting. "He admitted he had made jokes that compared women to dogs, expensive cars, sheep and corrosive chemicals. " Talk about a poisoned environment?...

I do believe that Rowe was far past the line. As James stated knowing his authority/status in the company, Rowe should have acted more responsible/moral/ethical... Being that high up in a company, even the [selfish] need to keep his job afloat, should have stopped him from being so demoralizing...
Sigh, it just shows that despite different dispositions, a person will never change...
Although I would like to know, how he compared women to sheep...

The fact that the guy admitted that he's a sexist pig leads me to echo what Sam and others have said. This guy is an idiot, plain and simple, and he should have seen a lawsuit coming with the stunt he pulled. Now, he's made his bed...time for him to lie in it. And the best way for him to get that lesson is by losing a nice chunk of change.

Mark Lowe clearly has abused his power, and taken advantage of the situation. however sometimes with power comes arrogance,a lac of morals, or any number of other things. Although this man crossed the line there is no proof of him bringing in prostitutes or hit men for that matter.
with great power comes great responsibility, occasionally people abuse their power, and it comes back in their face. Mr. Lowe is getting what he deserves, for his comments and attitude towards women.
although i cant help but wonder how i myself would act in his position, or how any of you would either?

I just had a look to see how you were all getting along with the whole blogging experience. I must say, I'm quite impressed with the quality of the responses.

Lowe really needs to get a grip on reality. How disgusting do you really have to be to being protitutes into business meetings? I agree with her suing him although I'm not sure it should really be for $7 million. She has a salary of $1 million dollars anyways... you could live off that for the rest of your life by putting it in the bank and only spending the interest. However, if it's true that he really did hire a hit-man to kill her, then he should then he should be charged for that.

Lowe is disgusting. Very unprofessional bringing prostitutes to business meetings. You would expect more from people of such standards. But I'm sure Wimmer will live happily with her $7 million, and knowing Lowe is K.O. Even though their is no proof that he hired a hitman to kill her, in these cases it seems like women always get the 'high-five'.
